Re-member is a membership management platform that allows organisations to manage their members, process payments, and communicate with members. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Re-member shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
